Refund policy

    • DC* Hats: We accept returns and exchanges up to 10 days after you receive your order. Customers are responsible for postage, just send us an email hello@drunkcotton.com we will process your refund once we receive the returned merchandise.
    • DC* Fine Jewelry: As each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns for any reason.  If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email hello@drunkcotton.com for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. DrunkCotton is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
    • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, items lost, damaged or stolen during or after shipping.
    • We are not responsible for any tax or import duties.
    • Once we ship to address provided and carrier chosen by customer, we are not responsible for any international delays. 
    • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
