Where are we located?
- We are based in Los Angeles, we ship our hats from Texas and North Carolina
- Our Fine Jewelry is handmade Downtown Los Angeles & gets shipped from Los Angeles as well
When will I get my hat?
- It takes between 2-5 business days to make your hat, you will get an email with tracking when your order is ready to ship. We have decided to go with such a model to minimize environmental waste. Good things take time but patience you'll be Drunk· soon
- However if you still haven't gotten a tracking please email us hello@drunkcotton.co so we can check on your order
When will I get my jewelry?
- Our fine jewelry is made to order, it takes between 2-3 weeks to ship. You will get an email with tracking when your order is ready to ship. Beautiful Things take time.
What about customs and taxes?
- Depending on where you order from you will have to pay taxes either here or through customs when the package enters your country
Why are there 5 stars on the back?
- DrunkCotton is a little superstitious and we believe in the evil eye, so we added hamsa the 5 stars on the back as a sign of protection and good luck
What about returns and exchanges?
- DC* Hats: We accept returns and exchanges up to 10 days after you receive your order. Customers are responsible for postage, just send us an email hello@drunkcotton.com we will process your refund once we receive the returned merchandise.
- DC* Fine Jewelry: As each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns for any reason. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email hello@drunkcotton.com for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. DrunkCotton is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, items lost, damaged or stolen during or after shipping.
- We are not responsible for any tax or import duties.
- Once we ship to address provided and carrier chosen by customer, we are not responsible for any international delays.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
